This isn't a priority right now, but it would be nice to have in the future.

I need a DoR overworld palette for an apocalyptic-looking world.

Themes:
* Dark and lifeless
* Some volcanic activity
* Mostly red-ish colors
* All plant colors should look sickly or dead
* All ground colors should look sooty, burned, etc
* Water colors should look very unhealthy and polluted

Huge thanks to anyone who can provide this!

It's kinda hard to compare... this is for an overworld, not a dungeon.

May we see a screenshot of the area that this will be used on or at least a mock shot?

I do have this one really bad mockup shot (my attempt at the palette):

The world should be darker overall (and redder), and the water should be more brown. It's supposed to give a ruined world theme.

Also, in the real thing, there will be much less grass.

Sorry, but do you think you could export this as a png from zquest or zelda classic? Don't use MS Paint because it will jack up the palettes. icon_unsettled.gif

I need it in png format because graphics gale free edition will not import it if it is a gif. icon_frown.gif

Change the screenshot format in ZLaunch

Okay, do you want DoR's crusted Lava to work with this palette?

Okay, I'm modifying Cset 5 to allow for use of the DoR Lava so you can still use SD3 grass without funky red colors. icon_smile.gif

That looks pretty good! Could you tone down the greens just a little bit more, though?

Perhaps it would help if I described the conditions of the world:
* The sky is nearly filled with dark clouds and the sun appears red
* Nearly all vegetation is dead (maybe you could make the green colors sickly and the red plant colors dead-looking)

If you've seen Lord of the Rings (who hasn't?), I want it to look almost like Mordor.
