For a long time, when i build custom shutters, they do not function correctly. Can someone explain how to make custom shutters?

This would work, but I always had trouble installing scripts. And is there not a way to do it with secret combo flags and other ,simmilar things?

What do you even mean by custom shutters? If you mean closed doors, then just use closed door tiles and secret combo flags (flag 16, etc).
