What GMT is Pacific Time?
Also.
If it's
7:00 in GMT+ 0...
what time is it in Pacific time? (Just answering the second would help even more)

GMT means Greenwich Mean Time.

Pacific Time is GMT - 8 hours, so I think that would mean if it's 7:00 AM in GMT, it's 11:00 PM the previous day in PST. If it's 7:00 PM GMT, it's 11:00 AM PST.

But I could be very wrong!

CET (Central European Time) : where I am.
GMT : CET -1 hour
Eastern: CET -6 hours
Pacific: CET -9 hours

The answer to your question is -8 hours, or if it's 07:00 GMT then it's 23:00 (the day before) on the pacific.

It also explains why I might seem to be on at odd hours sometimes.
