This is a pretty good quest. Exept you have no music and no storyline. HOW DID YOU GET DIAGENAL MOVEMENT????? I didn't know that was even possible. icon_question.gif

Edit: Found a glitch where when you went into the room with the 2 dragons and the outragious number of enemies i couldn't use my sword. That's probably a glitch in the beta but, I don't know.

I can't find it. What's it called?

EDIT: Nevermind. I found it. It's under Quest>Graphics>Link and check the box Zelda 3 movement for people who don't know.

when zelda classic 2.11 beta 11 is released i may rerelease this demo... also zelda classic 2.11 beta 10 is out.
and i'll look into those bugs... whats the quest like, is it too easy or too hard?

EDIT: for music make sure you extracted the spc files into the same place that you have the quest... and if that doesnt work place the spc files where you have zelda classic installed.

EDIT: dungeon 1 is bug free to my knowledge... make sure your using zelda classic beta 9b to play this quest... i have played through dungeon 1 quite a few times... and havn't experienced anything like weapons/equipment not working.

LAST EDIT: maybe you couldnt use your sword because you got hit by a red bubble? to fix, get hit by a blue bubble.

Oh, ok. I didn't know what the spc files were for. And difficult wise, It's pretty hard for me. I mean, the first enimies I encountered was 3 darknuts. Those are hard (for me at least) and when I went into that room with the 2 dragons, and tons of enimies, that's pretty hard. I suggest you either cut down on the amount a little, make it 1 dragon, and mabye 1 or 2 darknuts instead of 3, or you can raise the starting number of hearts you have. I'ts my opinion though, and like anybody, you don't have to listen to thier ideas and opinions.

Edit: Mabye it's my copy of it. Im pretty sure I have 9b. Also, I higly suggest you put puzzels in there and give it a storyline. And if you did put puzzles in, i'm sorry. I haven't beaten the first dungeon yet icon_lol.gif I'm working on it though.

Edit again: I probably just got hit by a red bubble and didn't notice. Don't worry about that.

if you think dungeon 1 is hard... then i think you may have trouble with dungeon 2... however this is still a beta/demo so i may change the dungeons/overworld completely when the next stable version of zelda classic is released. untill the next stable release is made i will only be fixing bugs found in this version.

EDIT: Saturday, 25th Maarch 2006 12:16PM (gmt +10)

made the 1st dungeon marginaly easier... please redownload to see the effects.
