Should i made my first quest on a beta? I never made a quest, but i got some skills on making quests, and i been thinking on skipping the none beta's and heading to beta for my first quest, what do you think? should I? or should I not?

Don't. Either deal with 2.10's bugs (or 1.92's if you want) or wait for a stable release. I don't think working with the beta features is worth having to possibly restart your quest upon a new beta release. Plus if you want to put it on Pure's Vault it can't be a 2.5 beta. The only exceptions to that rule were made for Origin and Lost Isle.

I agree with Sacred Nym. Luckily, any versions newer than 2.10 have a "Save as 2.10" command. Shouldn't be terribly hard to convert it. And it's better to use 2.10.2 as well..

I would suggest doing a 3 or 6 triforce using gameboy graphics to get you started, they're easy to use and look better then classic I think.

Just make lots of backups and you'll be fine.

I'd suggest working hard to become skillful at all the features in 2.10/1.92 and then move onto a beta build.

Start with an easier tiles set in an easier build. Such as any of the BS sets or GB sets in versions such as 1.92 or 2.10.

I agree with Evan, those sets really work well. I sometimes just screw with betas for fun but i wouldn't plan a full out quest until the stable version comes out, which is god-knows-when... icon_razz.gif

Yeah, I'd definately advise not starting on a beta.
Learn all of 2.10's features well, then move into a later version

Really, the only reason I suggest a beta is that it has the 'Scroll to Combo' feature, which is the best thing to happen to ZC, ever.

When you right click a combo on the screen and hit scroll to combo it goes to that combo on the combo table.

I don't really find it that useful, but I can see where HUGE sets like Pure would benefit from it.
