Alright, I've recently been having problems with 2.10.2, so I got a launcher into the folder and got it working thanks to Koopa. However, whenever I try to save, it won't >.< It comes up with:

"Saving quest...
OK."

"Error Saving RisingAshes.qst"

I looked into Allegro, it says nothing about it, though

Are you sure the quest file isn't set to Read-Only?

are you on vista? did you run it as a administrator?

Hmm interesting something tells me i encountered this before infact when i first discovered there was an editor cause
Wait is ZC properly installed cause it might
be that Zquest cant find the save directory.
or what version was your quest preiviously before 2.10.2.
or maybe if possible you could try save as or export
as QSU then import it and see if that works.
