Hi Bull, maybe you canhelp me with level 4. I´m stuck in the room where I got the big key. I cant reach the door to the right. There are two pillars in the water that I suppose have something to do with it.

I finished level 1, and am impressed by this quest. ..an unconventional beginning, however has me hooked on using fire to kill the common enemies (lol) . Just be patient until you can find the sword, burn baby burn, ( help IS in the forums) and buy the lantern asap.

Need some help, in level 5 I can't reach the chest that I assume has the bow in it. What am I not doing correctly, the first trigger only lets you cover the vertical distance...its the horizontal distance that I am having problems getting across. HELP !!

Levels 5 and 6 are works of art. Both levels have roughly 25 rooms and only one floor....that's the good news; for the actual exploration , you will need to be at your finest!! Some of the best dungeon design and creative maneuvers are in this quest, and yet there is nothing "hokey" about it. The challenge is there!!

I'm on my third attempt in two years to get past level 5, and I'm finally up to level 8. I saw on another thread that there's a secret in the cave where we learn slash, and we're supposed to "hit" the posts in order. With 4 posts there are 24 possible sequences. I've tried them all and have used both the sword and the hammer, including leaving the room each time. What am I not doing correctly, pls?

Thanks, Chief, I've been over it probably 20 times by now. Hoping for rocksfan13 to weigh in on my question.

I do believe that you must hit the bottom post first.

Sorry for my delay in replying. I haven't been on much lately.

The first room has one post at the bottom, but the second room is the one with the floor pattern, and it has two posts at the bottom. Hit with sword, hammer, or what, pls? And leave the room after trying a sequence or stay there to begin another?

Oh that room.
Superbomb the wall.
The pillars others are talking about are actual hammer studs.

Thanks, rocksfan13, that did the trick, and I was able to finish the game. Glad I stuck with it this time because it was really worthwhile, and I feel a strong sense of accomplishment with this one. Super, super game!
