In the Parallel Overworld, I see a statue that can only be seen with the Lens of Truth on the western coast. I try everything to reveal it, but to no avail. What is it for, and where is it connected to/from?

 

 

For the Tektite statue:

Take a look around Vasu Rings with the Lens and you'll find a statue to trigger that'll activate it. After that hit it with an Arrow.

 

And yeah, Compasses don't appear in Level 9s or Side/Bonus Dungeons. Only the main levels of each set will have one.

Ah, thanks for the help. Now I'm up to over 300 items collected, 305 to be precise.

I Already found it After you go to 4-F and use the whistle and then get there and 75-300 rupees and then hit the switch

I never found the parallel overworld but I beat ganon, the transformation and new battle was pretty cool found 117 treasures

Go to Area where there are 2 Caves that will teleport you. Whistle outside to reveal the stairs then go there, pay 75-300 rupees and then go up to hit the switch to open up Parallel Tower which will take you to Parallel Outlands.
