Hello. I have been working on some statue tiles and I need them to be Statue Textured, and um.. only an image can explain it..

I need those.. spikey looking things to look more like feathers, and to not look so bad.
The statue is based on this:
Except from the back, Though I might be able to make the wings.
I want these tiles to work in the DoR/Hybrid Tileset, In an overworld palette.
