These are the Link sprites from TGC: I added a two-frame metal helm to him, made his face less grotesque, and emphasised his pointed ears.
No Shield.

Magic (Large) Shield.
Mirror (Better) Shield.
You may also want the Current Palette and the Item Sprites from TGC to use these. This is an update to the classic palette although some of the choices may muddle some tiles. I have yet to go through and recolour everything to 8-bit.
