what should i use tile warp or side warp to enter a dungeon?

Use a tile warp to enter and a side warp to exit.
The type of warp for both should be an entrance/exit.

A tile warp is used when the player steps on a stair or direct warp combo.
A side warp is used when the player goes off the screen on one side.
As Rocksfan said, use a side warp in the room with the Triforce piece, but don't assign a side. When the player picks up the Triforce, they'll be warped out.
