Do not work. I have an eMachines

Windows XP Home Edition with SP3
AMD Athlon 2650e processor
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE Integrated
DVD+RW Super Multi-Format Dual Layer Optical Drive
160GB Hard Drive
1GB DDR2 Memory
Multi-in-one Digital Media Manager

I tried Run as..., ticking on and off whether ZLauncher used or not the 256 colors; 640 480 thing; turn off advanced text thing;
nothing works.

Please help me out I really do wish to use Zelda Classic 2.10 on my computer, thank you so much.

Have you tried windowed mode? That often helps, particularly on laptops.

If you're using 2.5, in ZLauncher, set the Screen Mode to "Windowed." If you're in anything before that, go to your ZC shortcut, right click and select properties. In the shortcut tab add " -res 512 448 big -windowed" to the end of the target.

It is zquest-w and ZQuest v2.10w that I can not get to work.

The quest player works but not the quest maker.

In that case, do what I said, but to the ZQ Shortcut and it should work. Alternatively, if you go to Start->All Programs->ZC2.10 (or whatever the folder is called) and you should be able to open it in windowed mode directly from there. I think that automatically updates your shortcut on the desktop to open up in the selected mode next time you click it, too.
