I have never heard of the R Zone, 3DO, or NGage so I won't judge them. So I would have to say Sega Genesis add-ons. The Sega Genesis was already an amazing console and does well on its own. The Virtual Boy would have been a close second, but it was an original idea. Like much of what Nintendo comes out with. To tell the truth it probably would have done much better if they had came up with a better selection of launch titles.

Not to bash but you really don't know what you're talking about do you?
Its about the games on the console. For the longest time GTA and SSB dominated the consoles then Halo came along.
Then Halo 2, and for the 360, Halo 3.

Take away Halo and what do you have? More sports and FPS games. 360 pretty much depends on Halo and GTA, without them do you honestly think half the people who own a 360 would have still got it? Halo might be a great game, but very over rated and not worth buying a console just to be able to play it.

But you have to remember that XBox also had a lot of other solid games... Halo and GTA were just the maga-hitters.

Well then, its good XBox has support for the Halo series. icon_wink.gif
I do see your point though.
