I've inputted a custom sound effect at slot 60 (the first unused slot) and I wanted to use it as a constant sound effect for a screen (which I was going to do via the Ocean sound box in screen data). However, when I leave the SFX editor, it seems to dissapear. Is there supposed to be a way to save it, or is there a maximum file size for a sound effect that I'm not aware of or something? It plays fine in the SFX editor before I press ok.

I would jump up to 100 before adding any sfx sounds if it were me, just in case they add more sounds , then yours won't be right in the way or get covered up by an upgrade.
I've added sounds starting at 100 and they work perfectly so I'm not sure why you are having a problem.

Ah, it works fine now, thankyou.
I just need a decent sound effect for Link being warped now, the one I was testing it with is awful
