How exactly do you make a chest spawn after doing a block puzzle?

And how do you put an item in one?

Secret flag (16)

To put an item in it. Use the item as Special Item and use Flag 10 when you open the chest..

With the chest on Flag 16, press Ctrl then click on the chest on Flag 16 to make another secret combo list to appear.

In the 'Secret Combo' screen, hold CTRL and click on the combo to select a flag.

you don't, you set the type to "slash -> item" by right clicking on the combo.

ok i can get the item in the chest and the chest to appear, but i cant put in an undercombo without it making an opened chest everytime i move the blocks. How do i fix this?
