Wher you set up a locked door by using lock block tiles, how do you unlock the door in the next room without using another key?

Unless there's some way of doing so that I haven't figured out yet, that's impossible. Sorry. Even Hero of Dreams had to work around that problem.

Supposingly, just make it so that the door on the other side of the room isn't locked. That would do it.

But then, if you see the other side, (as you very well may in some dungeons) it looks bad. The solution:

As I figures. Oh well, there's really no way around it except for Moonwhsiper's suggestion.

2.5 has not been released yet. It's only in a beta form, and is thus very unstable. I wouldn't recommend doenloading it unless you are EXTREMELY familiar with 2.10.

if you're using 2.10, you can do this in a cave dmap:

set up a locked door as you normally would in one room, and then for the destination room, instead of lock block combos, use regular combos that look like a locked door. now, on the ground when you enter, hugging the edge of the screen, place permanent triggers that turn the "locked door" into an open door.
