I was going to make this a poll, but I thought "Nah. Too many good games are out there not to be left out." So, just wondering.

What games would you like to see as remakes?

1. Metroid 2 - It was pretty good for a Game Boy game. It really needs the Zero Mission makeover for a rerelease. I think it may end up on the DS, though, if it were, since the Game Boy Advance seems to have kicked the bucket.

2. Super Metroid - Does this need an explanation? I'd say it would look good with a Zero Mission makeover, as well. I would also say it would be nice to have both Super Metroid and Metroid 2 remakes on the same DS Card (without loss of quality), if possible.

3. Mach Rider - Ok, not just a remake, but a game complete with a Campaign mode, Versus battle, all kinds of stuff.

4. Super Mario Land series - Well, maybe... I don't think remaking these would be easy, though.

Anyway, other ideas?

Uggh. I would hate to see LoZ, AoL, The Oracles, and ALttP in 3D. They're perfect as is. I think you both were just thinking in terms of graphics there.

Any 2D, non-CD-i, Zelda game remade in 3D. Except Minish Cap

Also, Golden Sun. Both of them. Completely remade for the Wii. That would be uber beyond words

Metroid 2 needs the remake due to all the Prime games before it.

If Super Metroid were remade, it'd just... well, suck. Compared to the original, at least. They WILL remove the glitches, and that'll just make it worse. *yawn*

I'd like to see a 3D Minish Cap. In total cel-shaded Wind Waker style.

I don't understand the hype of making 2D to 3D Zelda games. A lot of stuff that is done in 2D can't be done in 3D. Also, I guarantee bosses would be easier. Due to targeting

Minish Cap needs to be remade as a whole. The concept was good, but the game wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I actually would like to see it remade as a 3D game. Only because it would probably seem better in 3D.

Hell yeah. And instead of the Link sprite getting smaller, the world would get bigger, to make you really feel Minish-sized.
