I don't see a thread for this quest so I figured I'd go ahead. It's pretty fun with some solidly creative block puzzles and moderate difficulty. My only question thus far is this -- Is there something I'm supposed to do post-Ganon or am I done other than finding perhaps the last few HCPs? The dialogue implied there might be more to do but if there is I'm not seeing it.

Post Ganon is indeed just for collecting the remaining things you may have missed. Nothing more after that. Apologies for leaving it so open-ended; I wanted to experiment with carry-over secrets to close off the Ganon Dungeon, and it kinda lets the player in on there will be a follow up quest in the future. That was my goal.
