Spoiler

Thanks.  Working my way around finding what I can of the characters and unlocking what clues I can figure out.  I have noticed a few of them are alluding to Majora's mask, which makes it even more fun to try and figure out, as I never did play that zelda game.  I could never really get into it.  Right now trying to figure out the bus riddle, but have not had success quite yet.have figured out.  Seems like I need the hammer or flippers for some of the clues I have figured out, so I guess I just need to keep searching to find those clues that lead to them.

Edit:  Making progress now, as I finally beat the Ghoma boss, and found the sound library.

I haven't played Majora's Mask either, so I had to flat out google and keep trying possible passwords to open at least two of the zip files. Another zip password is some English spelling of a Japanese word from a game I had never heard of (see: K's hint). These are some more of the character-sidequest feelies that could be improved. Solving a puzzle or riddle shouldn't require some niche experience or specialized knowledge; instead, a good puzzle or riddle should have a solution that requires universal skills of intelligence like logic, intuition, and pattern noticing. Thankfully, more of the riddles and puzzles in this quest to subscribe to the latter design than to the former.

And I am finding that out a lot more as I go along.  I do have both the fippers and the hammer now as well, and have taken on the gleeok boss, and am looking for the last fish for the zora boss.  I started to write down some of the puzzles I am working on as well as marking them when I solve them as well.  I love the logic puzzles that make you think and research if you cannot find them out (and how obvious the answer is in some instances)

Hey! I'm one of the beta testers for the quest, and I decided to make maps for Jazz Temple and Trance Cavern!

The Jazz Temple map shows all relevant rooms that lead you to either the library, a piece of heart, or other certain secrets, with an optimal path to take with the warp tiles. If you get lost, I recommend using the Farore Fairy (Hit da bricks!) to warp back to the entrance. Be warned there are two entrance points, you wanna go to the one that's next to Inside the Ruins on the carpet tiles. If you spawn at the other point, just enter the nearest warp tile then use the Farore Fairy again.

Trance Cavern was trickier to make. I managed to split it into 2 giant chunks. Every screen in Trance Cavern features a unique tile to help orient the player. I used those tiles to mark where each screen border will take you.

Hope this helps anyone having a difficult time navigating those areas!

I'm beyond lost right now and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any walkthroughs/playthroughs online. I have the gloves, but can't seem to find any other items. (I found the Hall of Vision area, but I don't have access to where some of those blocks are hidden and don't want to sequence break...) According to a ton of comments in this thread, I should have found the hookshot by now, but I don't know where it is. I don't even have access to bombs or anything either. I'm completely stumped.

EDIT: Okay, I could have sworn I tried to move those purple blocks in the snow area before with the gloves, but I guess I didn't. I have the hookshot from the beach chest now.
