On the way to the boss of skytown + the opening cutscene. You can't see it in this video, but the boss room is in the center of skytown. It has no adjacent rooms horizontally or vertically so that is why you have to fly the ship there. The rooms prior to the boss are affected by the boss. These rooms will be normal after you defeat it. The video doesn't include any footage of the actually battle, that can be saved for release.
