I'm trying to import some MIDIs but I think I saved it as the wrong kind of file and it won't work on ZQuest.

just right click the link and save it as a midi sequence

Which song are you trying to use?
There are two types of MIDI files. Type 0 and Type 1. From my experience one of those types(I'm thinking Type 1) of MIDI files doesn't work with ZC.
If I know which song you're using I can confirm if its the wrong type of MIDI file.
