Correct me if I'm wrong (please) but I can't seem to get anything out of this other than "If we think you are doing anything against the War, than we can take property. Something about that seems logically if not morally wrong, so I'm seeking a different interpretation that isn't something completely off the deep end. I'll elabrate more on what I'm pretty sure I've just read, but now I've got to go watch All that Jazz.
