I wondered when someone else would refuse to take the prize for 324/324 at face value and look around. There have been a few things I've wondered about that, but since you're the only other person I know of to access the postgame, I'm not sure if you'd have any more answers about some of the bigger secrets of the postgame than I would. Like, for example, the clue at the end of BS 2 Level 9.

I saw an old man in BS2 "Registered" that commented on the player having already done the final levels (in this quest being the FRAGMENT levels) Beyond that it seems there is no more post-100% dungeons beyond OUT1+2 and BS1+2; with the end of each level 9s just going back to the entrance..

The only other notable out here is the Map/Compass Guy::

Heaping piles of rupee rewards if you have all 124 Compasses and 126 Maps. (The Outland Level 9s have no compasses)

I don't dispute anything you said. I hadn't found the Map/Compass guy as of yet mostly because I hadn't fully explored Outlands. I presume also that you did find the Battle Tower and took that head on. But, what I am referring to specifically is this:

Notice that this is past the exit of BS 2 Level 9, a place most players would NEVER think to look. It's the exit. What could be there? Only this, which teases that perhaps there is a secret beyond what we've found so far. Notice also that instead of "A Note", it reads "A Clue", indicating that it must have greater significance. Now, we both have the "rich" part down pat. It's the famous part which has me curious. As well as what this big secret actually is. Regardless, it looks like we're not quite done yet until one of us uncovers what exactly this note is referring to.

At this point I have collected all maps, compasses, maxed out my wallet, I checked out the battle tower since you brought it up and I didn't fill out my outlands map completely, thus have not encountered it at the time of my previous post..

How about "one~twoish" more dungeon(s) for the road, with an item each.

You know what the depressing thing for me is? I was in the right place, but was missing something. Namely, full rupees. I think that makes you the first to see the true ending to the game. Between us, we cracked this quest's biggest secret.

I think it's 4 each and 3rd is in the lust overworld.

Can't seem to find all the 3 items in 3rd Lv6. Any help as to where all 3 are would be very helpful (or 2 if the Triforce room counts)

 

Edit: Nvm, found the last item in a very sneaky spot.

Level 6 of the 3rd quest is a pain in the neck, that's for certain. As a general rule, you're always looking for X - 1 items in that particular set, as the Triforce rooms do count toward your final tally. Most of the time, it's X - 2, but the bosses in the 3rd drop fairies instead of items. And, of course, the bosses of the Level 9s also don't drop items which count toward the final tally.

I think when you're at the very top room on the map, you can go down and then go right

Go to the eastern Fairy Fountain in the light world. Go two screens down to the corner of the lake and burn a bush there. You should find the Hydra which is the last Level 2 you're missing.

I've been through every room, killed all enemies, lensed everywhere but am still missing an item. Is there a secret room I missed?

I am struggling to remember if there are any items obtained by defeating a room full of enemies (sometimes happens), but otherwise...

There is a hidden staircase in a room immediately to the northwest of the staircase leading to the Boss Chamber which contains an item. Push blocks to access cellar.
