Just out of curiosity though: Have you ever played the original Zelda 1st and 2nd quests? If you struggle with those, then expect to be challenged with most quests.

And I really don't get why people think the boomerang makes it so easy. I think the boomerang is just useless.

None of the games have been too challenging for me (except armageddon quest). Usually the fire boomerang is put in a late level- not at the beggining. Usually the wWhite sword is put near beggining middle- not given initially. And if you want 5 hearts, usually you have to earn them- they don't come free! You seem to be the only one having a lot of trouble. I don't think people will reduce difficuly on their quests just for you. Maybe ZC just ain't your thing.

well uh, maybe you just need a bit more practice, try to think of other strageties.
for example, if you see a wall you can take cover with, use it. and if something is shooting at you, just face them, your shield can block it!
other than that, keep practicing! PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT, sometimes...
Fire Boomerang,
I need to use it more often..

If you want to complain about how quests these days are "too hard", then don't play them at all. Easy as that.
Now quit complaining on how hard quests are these days and get used to it.

I don't know. It might be you're not too good at games in general. Or maybe it's just Zelda-type games, like Zelda, Startropics, and Brainlord... ...but since you're still here, It would seem you like playing them, so... ...just keep at it, and you'll find yourself quickly gaining a handle for them, allowing you to enjoy what you have and use it to the best of your abilities. Then, when you find a better weapon or armor or whatever, you can jump up and down with joy.

Wow, dude,no need to get angry over it. Maybe you call other people not smart to cover up the fact that your not smart yourself.

My guess is that you are struggling with the darknuts in level 3. You need to be able to attack those from either the sides or the back. Due to the shields, you can't attack them from the front. It also helps that you come stocked with medicine. In the original LoZ, you will need the letter (found in a cave in the northeastern portion of the overworld) in order to get medicine from the old ladies that don't speak. Some quests you must have this also, but in many other quests you can buy medicine without the letter.

That was completely unnecessary, skipper. I would expect much better from you. Please don't troll again.

Hey... shut up. Seriously. And, while you're at it, get a life. Seriously.
But, then again, most of us don't have lifes, so...
But seriously. Say that again, and I'll send you spam via email. (Lol, joking.)
But seriously, I'm close to flaming you. Not on the forum, but by email or something.

z500, if you're finding quests difficult, perhaps request from authors that a L1 cheat code be distributed, should people need it. That's really all you need, truth be told. Mental puzzles are one thing, but sometimes people shove mass amounts of enemies into an unreasonably difficult situation. They think that throwing enemies into the room makes it fun. It's not true for everyone.
