Ok...im trying to get it so you have to push blocks to a certain area to get an item to appear or whatever...like say you have to push three blocks on to three marked spots on the floor and once you do then the secret will appear...can anyone help?

Yep.
On the three marked spots, put "block trigger" flags. On the three push-blocks put the push flags you want. Make sure you put the "NS" push block varieties, because if not it will trigger as soon as you push it. If there's anywhere you don't want the blocks to go, put "No push blocks" flags. It might be a good idea to put these around the edge of the screen if there are no limits, so you don't get cornered. To make the secret appear, put it as a secret combo and put the flag where you want it.
