I'm not sure how to get BS and mario and metroid graphics

I need a lot of help. please

All you must do is download a tileset off of the Tilesets Section, open it up in ZQuest and delete all the maps. Then, just construct your quest from there! Now, if the tiles are of the .til format, you'll have to do something a bit different. But, since there are so few of these floating around, I doubt that you'll need help with them.

Oh, and so you know, the best BS tileset to date is Radien's The New BS Tileset Ver. 2.6, IMO.

Under "Download" there should be a file size (i.e. 983 KB). Click that.

If you still need help, I can take a picture of it and circle where you need to click.

Yeah, that download link can be tricky to find. Despite downloading quests every week, it still takes me a while to find it.
