Background:
I had never done an LP before; my "Waiting for Generations" series was my first attempt at doing commentary while playing games, and the point of those was me trying to play the original versions of each confirmed level for both versions of Sonic Generations, which got pretty far, but never was fully completed due to lack of resources. But when I thought I was ready for an actual LP, this was the hack I chose.
Sonic 2: The Lost Worlds is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2, in which some "beta levels" were restored to what they could have been if they were completed. Not the best effort, but a noble one, and despite some flaws, I enjoyed playing it. The levels "restored" in the hack are as follows:
Dust Hill Zone
Rock Zone
Wood Zone
Winter Zone
Hidden Palace Zone
Casino Night Zone (Beta graphics; the zone is unchanged)
Cyber City Zone (also known as "Genocide City Zone" or "Cyber Night Zone," but is less dark than the former name would imply)
It was, for the most part, a simple effort, but my computer isn't the best and a couple of times updates for Steam or Kaspersky would run while I was trying to record, and that would mess up the recording. A big problem in part 3. I hope that won't be much of a problem for you, and the sound isn't the best because CamStudio would only record from the mic for whatever reason, for that I apologize, but again, this was my first LP.
