I'm using 2.10 and I was wondering what these blocks can do?

Lock Blocks: They will go to the next combo when you walk into the combo when you have a key. So basically you can have uncentered locked doors, or locked blocks in your dungeon. Copycats will also be activated but they can't trigger them.
Boss lock blocks do the same exact thing except you need the Boss Key. Hope that helps.

One more thing. You can have a lock block and a "locked door" combo in the door sets on the same screen, but not two lock blocks.
