How do singular flags work. They seem to make no sense whatsoever.
On my screen I want to have some bushes that you burn that are on singular that don't affect
A flag 16 which you activate via RSC.
So I had the singular flag on the bushes, which works fine, and the Flag 16 doesn't activate.
Then when you leave the screen and return, it's been activated.

I tried putting the singular+ 16-32 flag on flag 16, which did nothing

I tried putting it on the bushes, which then activated the flag 16, although they burnt on their own

I tried putting in on both

I tried putting the normal singular flag on the flag 16 and the 16-32 singular flag on the bushes.

Why does it not work...

EDIT: AND if I burn one of the singular flags, then leave the screen and re-enter, all of them are burnt. This is useless.

This is 584. You don't get singular flags in non beta versions...

With inherent flags, you can have two flags on a combo. One on the combo in the normal 2.10 way, another in the combo properties.

You must place a SINGULAR and a TRIGGER flag together to produce anything worthwile!

For example, you place burn and singular flags on a minitree. This means that burning that minitree turns it into what you specified under "burn", but NOTHING else changes. No the secret flags (16-32) and no the other burn/hookshot/sword/etc. flags.

The "Singular(+16-32)" works the same, except that it triggers the 16-32 secret flags, too.

Why is it good?
You can have as many freeform bombable walls as you want (bomb+singular). You can burn bushes invidually in a bush maze (burn+singular). You can make it so that you can trigger secrets (burn, hammer, sword, boomerang and so on...) in any order and make a wall disappear when all are triggered ("Secret 16-32" on walls and "trigger+Singular(+16-32)" on the trigger combos. And so on.

The point is that it doesn't work though. If you trigger one and leave the screen, the rest are triggered - including 16-32. This is no good at all. Is it a bug?

Report it as a bug in AGN and hopefully a swarm will test it. I will probably go and have a look at it later, too.

Thanks. I really hope this is a bug, it removes so many restrictions.

EDIT: Actually, I think I'll ask at AGN how it's mean to work before reporting it as a bug. I feel pretty stupid if I report fake bugs ¬_¬
