Ok, at the start of the quest, I started Link with the Whistle. However the whirlwind doesn't appear. Whats wrong?

If you use 2.10 you either...
-use not overworld DMap
-have whistle flags on the screen
or the whirlwind appears, but you accidentally set it invisible by choosing a blank tile for the "whirlwind" sprite.
Above 2.10, you need to go into the DMap properties and set the whistle attributes there.

You need to have the triforce pieces to warp to that location. If you've just started a quest and you don't have the triforce, you can't warp yet.

Not true. You can specify a "no triforce" location where you warp if you don't have any triforces. This is the "0" in the whistle submenu.

There isn't a "0". I checked in 1.92, 2.10, and the latest build.
And, like I said in another topic, I think the level number needs to be 0.
