Snakes don't have butts, but rather a cloaca, which is a common opening for the digestive, excretory, and reproductive system. If snakes had butts, they would probably have two holes, and be fairly like human males, who have one opening for the digestive system and a second for the excretory and reproductive. Hopefully that clears things up.
