Say I wanted to have a ball of energy arround Link when he stops, like the Destroyer Droids in Star Wars. Would this be possible to do? I'm asking this because I want to make a quest that like doesnt have a shield item, just an energy shield.

You could make a energy shiled tile on link on the BS walk style by making the stand tile of link with out the shield and the 2 other walk tile of link with the energy shield.

Well, you can just make a shield that looks like the Gungan Shields, Or, you can spend hours and hours customizing Nayru's Love in 2.10 and have the player use that instead and be vulnerable when they aren't using it which would be most of the time.
