Only if you make it so:
1) You don't have that stupid guy blocking off level 9, or
2) You start out with the other 5 triforce pieces.

Do you mean:
1) You want 9 pieces total, with three each for power, wisdom and courage?
2) You want to have only three triforces?
Choice #1 is currently impossible, at least to my knowledge.
Choice #2 requires the "Big Triforce Pieces" and the "3 or 6 Triforce total" rules to be selected. Then you would need to set up the "Quest->Misc. Data->Triforce Pieces" menu properly.
My best geuss is that you meant #1.

Well you could just make it look like Link is getting the 9th Triforce piece, and use boss flags to make a new path appear.

You can currently achieve the visual effect of having three separate Triforces in the subscreen. Download a Pure tileset and see how it looks with a complete Triforce. Edit the Triforce frame such that it labels each of the Triforces on the sides of the frame, and it'll be somewhat appropriate to what you want.
This would, however, require that each Triforce be split into 4 pieces. Come to think of it, how would you even have a triangle split into 3 pieces? You could do it, but the shapes would have to be irregular, because 3 equilateral triangles can't be combined into one identical bigger triangle.

I think he meant he wanted to use the Triforces of Power, Wisdom, and Courage.
