How very perceptive of you! But yeah, that sounds like a great idea. I'm with you on the Lens of Truth detail; unless... I think there's a flag that you can use to choose what shows up when you use the Lens, but I'm not positive.

I don't think I can make him invisible and show up with the lens because it'll show the other secrets on the screen as well.
Well, there's no stopping the player from using the Lens to reveal flags anyway... Unless you disable it on the dmap. I'm not fond of doing that though; it seems unprofessional to disable items because they may interfere with something you didn't think completely through...

I didn't plan on the players having the lense at this point, that might stop them from using it.

lol BURN!!!!!
Anyways, have any advancements been made? I thought how it played out in the file you sent me (after my flag edits, at least) was pretty good, now you just have to make some advancements in gameplay/difficulty, and this will be a killer scenario.

A little bit, but I have been playing with the Modified Minish Cap houses a bit, and I have Finals coming up, so I wouldn't expect too much until after next week, stay tuned, he'll get done.

Don't worry, I will. Good luck on your finals.
EDIT: With the release of 2.11 beta 16, the enemy editor is now a function that could work on Bongo Bongo; but maybe not... While the enemy editor is great, it still has its limitations, so sticking with the older custom boss method would probably be the best choice.
