So this one should be pretty easy to get. Make a statement relating to the person above's post then post evidence to point out a contradiction. No, it shouldn't be serious. It's for fun after all.
Please don't get too far off though. Keep it on some sort of train of thought.
Whoever posts next is free to make this 'case' whatever they want and we'll go from there. Remember, we want lots of objecting. :3

The plaintiff is in no position to be making such bold statements towards behavior which speaks clearly of delinquency and will ruin our society and all its unbroken glass.

How are you supposed to get the drink out of there if you break the glass like that?

You'd cut your tongue on the glass doing that!

OBJECTION!
If you're careful, you won't be cut and can manage to obtain most of the liquid without severely hurting your tongue!

No, I didn't lick the beer up! I drank it! With the murder weapon! The straw!

Any reasonable person would pick out the glass first.

With a straw, there's no need to pick out the broken glass!

The straw was the murder weapon, so it was stuck inside the victim's throat. Thus, there's no way the defendant could have used it to drink the drink!

Objection!
I broke all my dishes so they are broken glass now.
