Enemies now have their own Hurt/Stunned animations.

They also become very briefly Stunned when you damage them with most weapons. Took a page out of ZII AoL there.

True that. They are rather overused. Bad idea to just go "Oop, no idea what to put here, better go with a bombable wall!".

Oh, just be glad you don't have to bomb the chests to open them! (Someone should totally do that just to be a troll icon_deformed.gif )

I really like the enemy hurt animations idea (I imagine it was a *Picture of a dog in a dress* to script). Maybe you should ask to unlock the old Project RCS topic so you can post all these cool new updates there? Not that there's anything wrong with being Schwa the wandering, scripting hermit of PureZC...icon_razz.gif

*points to my signature* You notice I promised there'd be a playable tech demo? My intent is to wait until that's done and then start a brand new thread, with some possibly startling announcements regarding the Quest, as well as its real name (it will no longer be called Project RCS). icon_smile.gif Stay tuned, I promise to try not to make you wait epically long, though I certainly won't rush it and hurt the quality either.

Oh, and was it hard to script? Not even a tenth as hard as the other things those Octoroks do now...

There is a plain water spot in the Northwestern part of the shore, which clashes a bit with the rest. Also, remove one of those two barrels in a row.
About the inside screen, I looks a little bit ramdom.

That's all. Otherwise it's very good icon_wink.gif

I really like the theme you have going on there, and the layout's good. My only complaint is the sand. It really needs more detail; generally, having two of the default sand tiles right next to each other is a bad thing. It just looks ugly. If you don't mind me using one of my own screenshots as an example:

(Note: Layer 5 has been turned off to make it easier to see the detail)

See how the sand's laid out? You really want about an equal amount of the four different tiles. Don't let one of them vastly outnumber the others; it just doesn't look good. But everything else about your screen/map looks great! Not gonna lie, I really like the theme. So fix the sand, then keep up the good work.

I'm setting up a dor tileset thats more organized for aod. i have it set up for transparent water and everything, new dirt, and lots of graphics from linkus.
