Uh oh, unless you are an extremely skillful player, it is not a good idea to go to the Master Dome unprepared...

Say, Peteo, where is this Master Dome you speak of? What do I need to get to it?

Oh my gosh! I just got the blue mail. That custom boss was awesome! So completly awesome! Best custom boss I have ever seen! It actually seemed like an enemy, rather than a pile of lifeless combos (especially when he swoops at you)! Why couldn't every boss be custom? That boss deserves an A+++++! icon_thumbsup.gif icon_thumbsup.gif icon_thumbsup.gif icon_thumbsup.gif icon_thumbsup.gif icon_thumbsup.gif !

Thanks. icon_smile.gif
But the problem with those kind of custom bosses is that they're not easy to make. And even though I wanted to add more custom bosses to the game and I was mad that Wolfie denied that request, now I realize that if I would have made more custom bosses, this quest would have been delayed even more.

Personally I'm happy the way the quest is. At first the bosses aren't anything special, but when you get to Level 3, you start seeing some basic custom creatures then at the end of the game you see the best stuff ever. icon_wink.gif
I think it works that way, the further you get, the better the game gets.

I have the key in the Master Dome, now I can't find the Boss Key. Where can I find it?

upper left area of the dome, if the door isn't a locked door and merely a shutter, invert the temple and try again.

Yah, the bosses turned out pretty well (so far, ast least). I like how they are sort of semi-custom. They are normal enemies, but they operated under custom boss conditions (i.e. Morlach appears before each battle, combo cycling spikes, when on enemy dies statues come to life or more fly in or something).

Now I am in the cave under the catacombs. How many bombs does it take to kill that big skull? I always die on the manhadla because I am saving bombs for the skull.

And another thing, do you allow people to rip midis from the quest, or would you rather have the people not use them. I really love that boss music, and was wondering if I could use it for my quest.

russadwan- This is always a good hint for doing the doom cave. First collect 12 or 16 bombs outside the world then head in the catacombs. Save the game then refill your hearts to max before you try going through the doom cave. After that go through the doom cave without using any bombs on any Mandhandlas approch the blood skull and hit him with 3 bombs and then he crumbles. Finally fall down the hole have a spare potion and beat the boss. Oh yeah and make sure you have at least 8 bombs for the boss. Thats pretty much how I did it plus if you do run low on bombs just retry without saving, but make sure you save after you beat the bloody skull then repeat the cycle all over again. Although you start back at the top of the catacombs it is the safest way to ensure that you will complete the level and get the death sword. I hope these tips help you on the way to get it because you will need it for level 5 definitly. icon_cheese.gif

I also never knew there was a master dome also, you see I would do it but I already beat the game so whats the point of doing it now. Although it is still nice to know right!! icon_unsettled.gif icon_bounce.gif

Accr89: Well many people have finished the Master Dome only after beating the game, so I don't know if it is completely pointless... oh and you get a pretty cool item from there too... icon_wink.gif

I can only hold 8 bombs. Where can I get some bomb upgrades. And potions. I can't find anywhere that sales potions.

russadwan: Does this map help you at all - http://koti.welho.com/pranta18/map.htm ?

It shows all the locations of potions, and if you look closely at the southern part of the Akavir Swamp you can see the text "Shop". There's a hidden shop in the middle of the ring of bushes there...
