i am playing the ZC game hero of dreams,it is awesome....also i never have played ocarina of time 3d(i don't have a 3ds)i know one thing that could help you....get all 4 bottles get the boggoron sword and then get rid of the ticket you get from him...i don't know if it will work but try catching a fairy then right before you catch it set the ticket to the bottle area then it will turn into a bottle, but you cant buy and put things in it,just what you catch, then fill 3 bottles with a fairy's then one last one with a blue potion......and make sure you got the biggest quiver and biggest magic meter,it will help to,then enter ganons temple with everything at the max when your ready to fight, also one last thing....make copies of your game, that is the best thing you can do if you want a no death run,so if you die you can load the other file and still be death free

I'm playing through Quake II on PC, and Oracle of Seasons on VBA. I was also playing Marusama The Demon Blade, but I kind of lost interest cause the game feels so repetitive.

I got my Fire Emblem: Awakening today, and after 2 hours of gameplay, I can truly say this game is a HUGE step forward over any of its predecessors. I love how they brought back non-linearity from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. The 3D is amazing and rivals that of Super Mario 3D Land. The gameplay is still the awesome Fire Emblem foumula we all loved back on the GBA though I noticed that the gameplay is a lot more team-based this time around. (When doing support attacks) And they used REAL voice-actors this time around. I was surprised myself after seeing the English voice cast. I think we found a worthy contender for 3DS Game of the Year.

Been playing tons and tons of Arkham City mainly. Mostly been tackling the tons of sidequests I had leftover. And also beating Harley Quinn's Revenge, which was shorter than I thought. Fun, but fairly short. I love that there's still a lot of content left over after beating the main game, though it's starting to get irritating just how many Riddler secrets you have to find to unlock more hostages...

I got a hold of "You Don't Know Jack" for the Wii. I live in the middle of nowhere, and my family doesn't normally like playing video games, so I figured it would be something fun that we could all do. Turns out that I'm the only person who enjoyed it, so it's not as much fun.

Other than that, I downloaded a copy of "Sonic: Before the Sequel - Aftermath", the sequel to a really fun fan-game I enjoyed a while back. I haven't started it yet, though, but it looks like a lot of fun. It basically combines Sonic games with a Metroid-style world map to explore. I'm a bit curious as to how well it'll pull it off.

Beat Megaman 7. Not gonna bother posting in the Megaman music thread since nothing really stood out to me. The game itself was... okay. It had its ups and downs, definitely subpar compared to the rest of the classic series. It seemed like they stuck in too many areas where tight jumps are required, usage of larger and more powerful enemies was iffy... And the Bass fights can go die. So can the Wily Capsule but everyone already feels that way so it's just redundant. The music was fine, but again, nothing really stood out to me. And now, since I don't feel like seeing if PS1 emulation works nor do I want to go out searching for Megaman 8, I suppose I'll start on the X series soon.

... or maybe play more Arkham City.

If you're interested, Clement did an LP recently of an 8-bit version of Mega Man 8. If you check his channel, I'm pretty sure he includes a link to the download.

I heard about that, and the MM7 demake as well. I don't suppose there are English translations of them somewhere? I know, I don't need the story in order to beat the games, but it certainly makes it easier. icon_heh.gif

Hmm... I think the MM7 demake is in English. Meanwhile the MM8 demake is in Japanese... But you don't need a story for that one. icon_razz.gif
I'll recommend you try these versions of the game. they are quite fun. icon_smile.gif

Never mind 7 is in Japanese as well... Just checked >_>

I'm falling in love with Fire Emblem: Awakening. This might possibly be the best FE game in the series so far.

Yeah, I did go and download them both last night, and I couldn't even figure out how to configure the controls or the player's size, so I just let it go. Instead, I started Megaman X, which honestly felt kind of watered down compared to the classic series. Not in its new features, but rather the reliance on wall jumps and X's slow movement speed. The lack of sliding is also a no-no, and no, dashing doesn't make up for it. But I've only played two stages, so hopefully it gets better.

Also, found all Riddler Trophies in Arkham City and took down Riddler. Honestly, the last room was kind of a letdown compared to the other puzzle rooms, though I can imagine it can be attributed to the Riddler being desperate and having no time to set up a room; he did say he wanted to take three days to build a room Batman would ever face, and the entire game takes place in the span of one night, so I suppose that's fine. Still a few Riddler challenges left beside that that I want to complete just because, but for the most part I've nearly 100%'d the normal game. That just leaves a crap ton of challenge maps, a side mission in Harley Quinn's Revenge, and New Game Plus.

A translation of a Mega Man game? Okay, let me see...

"Dr. Wily is being a very bad man. Go stop him."

I might have a few details missing, but you should be able to get the general idea. icon_biggrin.gif
