I got a few screens done in the next area of my quest (home to Level 1). It's looking really nice so far!

I got Level 1 started yesterday (and the keyword of this thread: "Today"), thinking about making this dungeon similar to Turtle Rock from LA.

Worked a bunch on a boss for my quest. It's nearly done, but there's still a fair bit of fine-tuning to make it the way I want it.

I finished my custom subscreen today. It looks pretty decent to me.

I got my first script ever to work! Although this is extremely basic, I'm happy I got my first script to function correctly.

WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY.

Seriously though, congrats. :)

Cutscenes man, they can take forever. Two days and probably getting close to halfway >_>

But progress is good, very good

Scripted an OoT-styled ocarina. It's a work in progress but it's functional, and wasn't as challenging as I originally expected.

That is freaking amazing. I'd love to play a quest like this!

Damn it your always a step ahead of me :augh:. First the ocarina pol's voices, the shovel, and then this! You know how to make a quest good with scripts for sure (but now it will look like a rip-off if other people do the same thing). :D

But you should probably make the lines longer, because why only 5 notes? Will songs be no longer than 5 or 6 notes?

Right, now on topic. Got Level 1 completed today, going to add in some secrets in the overworld and then Level 2 here I come!
