Yes I already have a Mew. My friend had an event Mew and traded it to me, luckily. I never actually obtained any event pokemon myself. :/

Got to Lance twice - once yesterday, one today. Both times involved my team getting slaughtered wholesale by his Level 50 Dragonite's Outrage, my Nidoking managing to use Ice Beam, and one of the Level 49 Dragonites utterly destroying my Nidoking through the usage of Blizzard.

Karen on the other hand was a pinch; my Ampharos knowing Signal Beam was really, really useful.

Ah well; back to more EV training I guess.

I find it hilarious that I was able to teach the Grounded Poison type Nidoking Surf. What's next? A Totodile that can use Thunderbolt?

^Hey, my Nidoking knows Ice Beam - which it is weak to - and one of Lance's Dragonites knows Blizzard - which of course it is doubly weak to.

In other news, finally beat Lance. Got 5 BP at the Battle Factory, then went off to Kanto to beat some Gym Leaders.

Just spent ages in the Battle Frontier to get 48 BP for a Razor Fang, so I could get Gliscor in the Pokédex (which is now at 440). God, I hope I never have to go back to that place again. So long, and tedious. >_<

Also beat the Pokémon League for the third time. Gonna attempt to battle Red soon.

Hmm...normally, I'm pretty good at nicknames, but I'm having trouble coming up with ideas for a couple...does anyone have ideas for cool and/or badass nicknames for what will eventually be a female Yanmega and a male Leafeon?

I've now beat all of the Kanto gyms, but there's also something else I wanted to ask:
After I brought back my Togekiss from the newly-unlocked Hoenn Field, a Wumple appeared on my pokewalker. At first I thought I had done something wrong, but it seems to be that this is actually something that is programmed to happen very rarely.
Has anybody else had this happen?

Wha...!? When did this happen? I've been checking Serebii.net for like, 2 weeks now and I didn't see anything about any such event.

You can now pick up the Jirachi through Mystery Gift over WiFi. It's Level 5, and is holding a Liechi Berry.
Can someone tell me how to get to Mystery Gift on Platinum, 'cause I want one on there too.
Nevermind, I saw on Serebii and now have a Jirachi there too.
