I'm terrible at finding bugs while playing (just look at all the bugs in LQftH). I'm pretty sure if I'm casually finding bugs in this quest this frequently, that means the quest is pretty damn buggy and should have cheats just in case. Because if I run into anything game breaking, screw the sanctity of the password system, I'm cheating my way out of it. I WILL finish this quest even if it breaks me.

zcfan:
You need the L2 Somaria Staff, so not the one that was on the first island, rather the one that you can get with it at the third isle. Use it on the switch at the northwest to get its L2 version. The L2 needs to be used on the right part of that pit. (see, that picture next to it shows the Cane of Somaria and has L2 written on it).

Pokemonmaster64:
I wouldn't be surprised if that was the result of intentional sequence breaking attempts. Seeing the collectibles, you took the 2nd screen first, then the second... so, you got to the bottom of the 1st screen at least twice, which can't be done accidentally.
I'm waiting forward for more of these. Casually playing players don't need to be afraid, even testers haven't encountered such.

I found it completely by accident (I walked around trying to trigger the warp for a bit and couldn't find the trigger spot, so I figured I had to walk down a screen and find some other plot element) and later went back to the warp screen to take the second shot. So basically I found it by accident but it wasn't at all hard to reproduce.

Another minor bug I found:

Man...! why they don't put numbers at dungeons?? icon_blink.gif
what dungeon number is "home sick"?? icon_blink.gif
What is superstash? ..Humbog..? -- fortboyard>? etc. etc.

Will CC make any update on this quest??
I'm no talking of bugs, now,, think a castle mismatched in here!
Like "the hero without a name" at some rooms I can't see even myself , need to use some arrows to know my location
after crossing these two rooms ,, the wall at the end .... no exit?
was that place "home sick , I wonder what level could that be>?

vravelo:
The dungeons don't need to be numbered since you encounter them in order anyway. You couldn't go to Fort Boyard (Level 2) before Superstash (Level 1), etc.
Only the main dungeons are levels (the ones with map, compass, at least two dmaps and boss at the end... Superstash, Fort Boyard, Delimeter, etc.). Homesick is just part of the casamatas that serve as an underground link between the isles.

Not seeing yourself? That happens in Shade, a part of the casamatas. It's the challenge there. You don't need arrows to pinpoint your locations, you can use just sword. And watch out for conveyor belts, they can move you away, further confusing you about your location.

There are everywhere, are you sure you checked carefully? Quests do have bugs but this isn't an excuse to have bugs in game. icon_razz.gif
