Any chance of the overworld maps being enabled?

Not any. It would make mazes too easy and the exploration wouldn't be the same either. Not to mention you could see duplicate screens and possibly other technical details... Like when you viewed the first island's map in HoD, you could see one or two intro screens. Similar things would be in BB, just worse.

Go to the place where Lake Hylia was. You can explore around, but there's not much yet, the more IW dungeon items you find, the more secrets can you uncover here. In Lake Hylia, your main goal lie at the east. Keep many bombs and at least one superbomb at you.

In Source of the Drought. Have you entered it yet? You need 3 or 4 keys (they are scattered around the south half of F1 and one is at the north) you can unlock the west path with them and go around to get to the overhead part of the entrance screen, soon there will be your new wallet.

I'm stuck in Steaming Systems. I've gotten and used the first 4 keys but I can;t figure out how to explore the other floor.

I figured so much about the "useless" secrets, as there are others like it: burnable bushes, lightable torches, even a super bomb exploded rock that served no real purpose. It's a nice touch, really.

I have 15 hearts, full halved magic, lens of truth, and can hold 36 bombs. I managed to get a big heart from the lost woods ("You're not naked..."). I'm not sure what I'm still missing in Hyrule, so I'm keeping a save there, but I'm moving on now.

There's a screen in the cut scene after entering the portal after the king's speech in which you can just walk to the left and reach the next screen without waiting for the timed warp.

Lithium:
You probably need the boss key. It's in the southeast corner, hookshot the hole in the wall. Then you can go to the northwest, bomb the shutter and use boss key to reach the main entrance of the lower floor. those 4 keys are used to partially access the lower floor and open the blockades so that you can explore the whole lower floor later. Keep some bombs at hand when you visit the northeastern part of the higher floor, for example.

The OnlyOne:
I will fix that bug. We are getting close to an update. I wonder if I can update quests submitted to AGN, too.
Also, you racked up on things well. You got even that heart container, it's great. 8 magic? Perfect. You have slash? If not, you can get in IW much later. There's just one other heart container you missed, but finding just one of them is great, too. It's a good idea to keep a save before going into the portal, even though seems like exactly you are the one who doesn't need it, you won't have problem with such great tasks. Those whos go through the portal with 2 magic, they would have problems...

Slash: yes. I forgot about that. Is the other heart in the lost woods by any chance? A small hint would be appreciated if that's the only thing I'm missing. I might go back and get it as I'm not too far in the IW yet (I've been wandering around the moonshine floor for a while...) Also, I think I know who the big fish is, but I'll wait till later to see if I'm right.

I 'm in level 2 trying to get Belladonna but stuck trying to figure out where in the 3rd screen I should be bombing. I've already wasted quite a few and still those spikes won't go down.
Nevermind I just figured it out......only took 10 bombs LOL Thank God I have 20 of them!!
I'm now walking around trying to find the treasury that Goron King was talking about. I found a locked, fancy looking door but it won't unlock.
Where am I supposed to go?

I definitely agree with you about this quest being great. Bomb the north shutter of Myra's house for the lantern. BTW I'm still looking for the treasury. Hopefully I 'll find it soon icon_confused2.gif

I hope you're playing this quest in 2.10 otherwise it could be a bug and make it impossible for you to get anywhere in this quest.
