I like his work and see the parallels to what I just said, but wouldn't consider myself a huge fan. *shrug*

Gonna use this thread to geek out for a moment.

So on a video that was a recreation of a Sonic Adventure cutscene in Source Filmmaker (this video, to be exact), me and a couple of other commenters were discussing Sonic series actors past and present. In one of my comments, I praised the voice work of the current Eggman actor, Mike Pollock, saying (or mostly rather implying) that he played a good Eggman no matter how Eggman was portrayed. Today, I get a reply to that comment. From Mike Pollock himself. I did the research too, it's him. "Why, thank you."

I haven't felt this giddy in a long time. Not as awesome as meeting him in person, but still pretty neat.

@JJ83; I'm doing pretty good, just kicking back hanging out on random pages on the interweb. :P

The word "awake" only has 2 search result hits in this topic (before this post). I honestly thought it would have popped up more in phrases like "why am I awake at this ridiculous time?"

"Awake" has 42 results for the entire GD forum.

... aaaand the fact that the search had been done in the early morning should likely reveal the nature of such a post. :blah:  Hah.

I find it hard to not sleep these days.  My work schedule wakes me up at 4:00AM to get to work a little early at 4:45AM, and leave by 12:00PM or 1:00PM.  I go to bed at around 8:00PM, but of course have the option of stay up.  Doesn't help anything, certainly, but I always imagined nights as being a veritable well of demi-infinite potential for activity.  Nothing scheduled, nothing mandatory, ... just purely optional lack of consciousness.

Sleep is truly the paragon of the idle.   Except of course when you insist that sleeping is an active way to regenerate, because it's an activity that is scheduled.  Interesting way to think about it.

Sleep is such a bittersweet experience. I hate going to bed because I want to be awake, and then I can't stand waking up because I want to go back to sleep. It's like the stupidest paradox ever, especially considering that it's necessary to live.

I just got done rotating tires on a big rig.... That was a job, my god the inner tires are not aluminium like the outer tires.

The Inner tires are pure on Steel... and weigh a ton <.<

I'll be feeling this in the morning. Dx

Dark Link always struck me as a mindless being, not related to Ganon. Even if he was Ganon's creation, he doesn't seem like someone who would just take orders, let alone make sense of what's said to him.

I think if dark link was evil that he would not follow the orders of ganon and rather, Take over the world himself and kill ganon or if he is not evil try to defeat ganon because of some dumb reason.
