Oh for @%$#'s sake! I finally find the boss key chest in level 2 and its locked! Graaah! Where's the second bloody key? I've been searching for hours.

PS: It's amazing how annoying of a dungeon you can make with only two keys. Nintendo might want to play this and take notes.

I take that as a compliment. icon_wink.gif

Anyhoo, the 2nd key can be found from the southwestern corner of the DARK Side. I don't think specific directions are needed to guide you there. Simply head towards that corner and you should get to the screen woth the key...

if your in windows XP, try going to START Menu -> RUN -> type in DXDIAG and press enter -> go to the video tab and turn off Direct Draw Acceleration and see if the game runs faster. if it doesn't then turn it back on and i don't know lol.

I don't see what that has anything to do with it. Maybe DFW misunderstood me and thought I was in a different room.
Give me a minute....

It should work! The last room's directions are east, west, east, west just as the letters on the "in between rooms" tell you: E, N, E, N icon_wink.gif

If you're stuck in the room before that, then you have to go east, north, north and west if I remember correctly.

You post a snapshot by using the [IMG] tags. icon_smile.gif

I enter the dungeon, go past the room with the E on the ground. Then in the 4 door room with the R,U,L,U on the ground, well, it's easy to figure out of course. Then I go in the room with the N on the ground. Now I'm in another 4 door room with spinning blade things in the corners and some blocks in the middle. Now do you know which way I should go? And west can't be one since that's the door I came in from and just brings me back to the N room.

Uhg.......I don't like this place.

read the blocks from left to right, top to bottom i think...

where is the compass in sky fortress? can you provide direct instructions to it from the start prior to having any switches hit? it would make it easier to know where i am and where i have to go now that i have the wand.

Yes and take note that since left leads to the previous room, if the blocks are sideways it means go right.
