So, I got cast as my first lead...Merry Christmas! Haha!

Congratulations bud! Me is proud ;D

So, apparently my family is opening gifts tomorrow night, because we're "older" now. Kind of makes me sad, though. I loved sitting on the floor, opening gifts icon_smile.gif

Nice. My family is Jewish, so we're doing the whole ©hanukah thing, so I should post this.

I'm sorry, but this is the only thing I think of when someone mentions Hanukkah.

Oh don't worry, it's the one and only Chanukah song I ever, ever, ever, ever hear on Chanukah on store radios. Kinda funny how the only song for Jews is a joke song. Probably because it's their only choice that's still mainstream. icon_razz.gif

Hmm hm hmm... rewriting entire ZScript syntax... doo de doo... icon_whistle.gif

*checks the clock*

*groans in exasperation* icon_aggravated.gif

I need a coffee. This is a nightmare. I can't wait until I'm finished, I never want to convert something so gigamassive again. icon_dead.gif

(Clarification: My ZScript buddies here at this site taught me how to organize my entire 3000+ line script buffer into separate folders and files and use a nested Import feature to handle everything quickly and efficiently. All I have to do is separate it first. Yaaaay.)

Edit: On a completely unrelated note (this is why I love OTBP)... I got $1000 in 1s for Christmas. Now I don't feel like I'm drowning anymore, so I'm actually a lot less stressed. icon_smile.gif

Edit2: Oh my God I'm STILL NOT HALFWAY DONE icon_freak.gif Waaaarrrggghhh that's it I'm doing the rest tomorrow. This isn't humane.

When I first read that one, many theories crossed my mind. Some people just like to shop alone with no help, and explore. icon_shrug.gif

Oh my God. Only six more posts.

Listen, guys? Do me a huge favor and PM me when I have 1,999 posts and remind me NOT to waste my 2,000th post on something mundane. I might do so without even thinking. If I see a flood of reminder messages in my inbox then I'll (hopefully) know not to. icon_heh.gif

Today I was asked "Which is better? Fallout 3 or Metroid Fusion?"

... in terms of raw goodness I'd say Fallout but ... the inflections they used implied that they wanted a comparison. How do you compare those two games?

Which would you rather spend money on if you could only afford one.

OK, so I finally got my new graphics card installed. I decided to test it out with Sonic Generations, to see if it could play the cutscenes without lagging like hell. When I loaded up my file, I was treated to this sight.

Brb, wiping drool off keyboard. MAJOR improvement, and the animations are so smooth now too. Boy, am I glad I got this graphics card.

I am now back from the week I spent trying to get a virus off my computer. I ended up scratching, but all my ZC work was recovered.

OK, so I just checked my e-mail, since I am expecting (well, actually, it's more like hoping for) a reply to an e-mail I sent to someone, and saw that I had something in my inbox. I got excited, and...

This is what I found.

IPB Image  ...Why would PayPal send me this. Just...why. Who else ever gotten stupid e-mails like this?

Is it possible that it's not from PayPal, but from somebody imitating them? Or have you just been buying that stuff with your PayPal account? icon_deformed.gif

If I bought things like that with my PayPal account, then why would I be surprised to get e-mails about it? icon_deformed.gif It probably is from PayPal, I get e-mails about sales and stuff from them all the time. I guess it's just a mass send to all accounts, and they don't have the common sense to only send things like that to, well, women. Instead of 14-year-old guys like me. Yeah, they did not think that one through.
