Today is another stage: The Summit, an Ice Climbers Stage. Its like a giant iceberg.

This looks a LOT better than the Ice Climbers stage in Melee.

Like, exponentially better. Cool, even.

Originally,a second Ice Climber stage called "Icetop" was planned, but it didn't make it into the final release. I think The Summit is based off that stage.

The More You Know!

That level looks great. I hope if they have retro levels, they don't bring back the other one. But they did make DK's Level the new Ice Climbers level. Oh well. lol

Quoted for Truth.

That level looks absolutely fun to play. Heh. Sliding down a hill must be nuts, considering it's made of ice. I wonder what makes the water hazardous, though. It probably freezes your character upon contact, maybe.

Also, WATER!!! *waits for The Satellite to appear*

Ah yes he was, thanks for correcting me. Nonetheless, expect to be surprised, there are more character secrets in-store with this game, and they will be revealed. Don't think some unwritten rules preclude any character from being in the game.

Also jiggly puff is back if anybody is interested. (or so the very strong rumours suggest...)
Sorry, but I'm still waiting for an elaboration on this.

Anyways.

Yeah, this stage looks awesome. I can't wait to play it. icon_biggrin.gif

But seriously, where's that fish from? icon_blink.gif

Balloon Fight. It's the fish that jumps out an eats you if you fall into/get too close to the water. Hopefully, this means either Balloon Fighter will be a playable character, or an assist trophy. That'd be so fecking cool... If they can figure out how to make him fight

That stage reminds me of a couple DKJB levels. Very...ambient.

I'm thinking that the water acts like it does in SM64...if you're in it you slowly get hurt.

Still no other sign of Mario Circuit (Hey, what else would that Mariokart stage be called?).

Meta Knight's Final Smash. Not as great as I thought it would be. icon_shrug.gif

Meta Knight's Final Smash could be a big downside to the character. Final Smashes that have a huge range of effect could easily become many times more useful than a Final Smash that requires a clean, unaided hit that may be dodged completely. And you only get one shot at it, for that matter. icon_shrug.gif

But his gliding ability and rapid single A still makes him awesome.

It seems like a powerful smash attack for me... With some training we won't be able to dodge it anyway.

He's already powerful without the Final Smash, anyway, from what I've been seeing. Having a tricky Final Smash to pull off just evens things up a bit.

I agree with Animus. Having a tough-to-pull-off Final Smash makes up for him being freakin' amazing. But don't forget that he can hit more than one enemy with it if they're close when he gets the Smash Ball...he just needs to catch one with that cape.
