Lovely pictures, Sheik.
One thing I've always found interesting about portrayals of the Oedipus/ Sphinx scene is that many of them, including yours, have the Sphinx appear relatively small. In the story, it sounds like a truly vicious creature that no man would stand a chance against in a real fight, but it's hard to imagine something that small being as deadly as described. Then again, there's something to be said for agility and claws. Cats that size can kill people in real life. Anyway, that one's my favorite.

Did some collabs with a friend. He did the sketch, and I did the lining and coloring job. Gotta say I'm really happy with the results.

So uh, I haven't really shown off my work, haven't I? I was considering it for quite a long time, but I think I might as well show off something I like to do in my spare time.
Just so you guys know, don't expect something impressive and amazing. I personally think it's nowhere close to it, but here we go...
So yeah, as you can see, I do that stuff. I wasn't confident about showing this stuff off in the fear of getting laughed at for making something strange and crazy like this, but there you have it. Those are only 3 out of many different creations I've done. And for those who are wondering, I'm keeping these "drawings" as simplistic as possible, I don't want to have shadings or shadows everywhere and I don't want excessive details as it will eventually become WAY too much for the sheet of paper to handle. Also, yes, there may be some perspective issues, but strangely enough it looks perfect to me.
So uh, yeah, I might show off some more in the future, if I'm confident enough to show more.

That's not Simon Belmont. That's some redhead with a whip. Neat drawing, though.
(Yes, I'm aware that's the redesign. I'm just expressing my dislike for said redesign with flippancy.)

Here's a terrible drawing:
I can't draw arms. (Warning: Terrible Picture of Flash Man.)
Terrible? You drew it far better than anything I could do. ![]()
But it actually looks really good; I like it. ![]()
