The boss key is located in southern section of the basement area through whistle room section 3 path.  you will need 4 keys to get to the boss key.

Need help in level 8 after getting holy arrows.  Keep on having trouble getting through the one room with the falling bridge and the fire robes and bats.  Is there an item I am missing(most probably the fire boomerang)if so how do I get it.  I have three keys(two if I use it for the aforementioned elevator room).

The mirror shield is required for that room to reflect the shots and you can obtain the fire boomerang from completing the tower floor 8 which you can complete after floor 7.

There are two mirrors in the way of the reflecting shots.

You just have to get the angle right I gave you the ability to use the ladder in that rom but you can still fall down if you go to far.

Where is the switch for these blocks in level 4?

On the first floor you whistle to the third comes up on the wall and the switch should be there.

I could not get whistle trigger to stay on the number you whistle to when you left the room and comeback. It always defaulted back to one no matter what I tried to do.

I swear that room hates me.  Been trying for the longest time to light the torches so I can progress but I fall off due to the fireball spitters and then I have to go loop back around and go through the room with a regenrating Digdogger, bombchu, goriya 3, fire robe, and 2 blue wizzrobes.

The fireball spitters is what you need to reflect to light the torches.

 I have done a good part of level 3 and I've gotten the first treasure. I decided to search around for the wallet and to pick up a few things I saw earlier.  I saw the clue about the wallet posted earlier but I still can't find it. What am I missing?

The first wallet upgrade is in the starting village you have to complete a minigame for it.  The one earlier posted was for the best wallet you can get in the game and that requires the a better glove to push those heavy rocks out of the way.

Know the weakness of the boss of the tomb of the unknown hero?  Only weakness I found was bombs and the super bombs.

I use the hurricane spin with charge ring to deal with him since he does hit hard.  Good thing it is the only time you deal with that hard mode death knight.
