I'd be all for having two separate competitions, each with their own winner, and having a SotM after just three weeks after the last SotM to make up a bit for the times when they have been longer than a month when we had dry spells. Split the submissions in half, where the first half includes the earlier submitters, and the other containing the later submitters. Just my thoughts on it.

Okay, well, the general consensus is that I should split the voting into two topics, then have another topic between the winners of those two polls then?

I can do that. The first seven will go into one, and the last six will go into the other... though this means that Giggidy and I will have to conquer different topics to face off in the original challenge that started this whole thing. All the more interesting, then.

I've decided that devoting an extra week to SotW 316 is unnecessary and we'll just advance both to SotM- unless, of course, anyone has a problem with that. As one of the two winners I do have a stake in this, thus it would be inappropriate for me to decide that if a significant amount of people think otherwise. Advancing both does have some advantages, however, such as correcting for weeks that we didn't have competition.

Now who's man enough to submit the one more shot that we need to get this week?

I sent my shot in; so with the addition of it, we should have enough shots to start the next SotW. I'm fine with Nick and Prospekt being in it too, though. I'm sure that would be interesting. I'm sure we'd have to get their permission first, however.
