You might already be a furry fan. However, being a furry is actually acting the role of an animal or anthromorph. A furry fan is one who likes furries, but doesn't necessaraly role play as a furry.

I guess I was disgusted the day I posted here. I did not like furries for a while. I think it was because people on Graal
were furries and were acting slutty. But I thing I get angry about stuff like this all the time who cares I guess.
But, furries are fine now.

Yeah, I went to a furry chat the other dy for the first time and some of the furries were rude. I wont go into details for obvious reasons. Just know that not all furries are like that.

But, furries are fine now.

Yeah, many of us are decent furries. In fact, my loyalty to Alpha and Feral prevents me from acting all slutty around just any furry. Also, don't expect anything more than a big hug and a casual lick on the nose.

Anyway, I found myself in a mist of an internal conflict between my furry side and my feminine side. I'm not saying that furries have to have a body for of fur to be a furry.
On the one hand, I want to feel furry and not shave a single strand of hair from my body to be consistent with my character. On the otherhand, I want my skin to feel smooth like a female. So what should I do? Embrace my furry self and forget about looking feminine...Or just be a clean shaved furry with no body fur. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'm neutral. Really, my reaction to this whole furry "movement" (can't think of a better word) is something like, "Okay, that's nice. You do that. " I don't quite understand furryism--especially the part about what determines whether or not a person is one--but if you want to be a furry, I respect that. Hell, you can do whatever you want, as long as no one is negatively affected by it.

There was going to be something here about Zathl, but I decided that it was too off-topic.

I don't mind the furries but when it gets sexual then I hate furries.

If I was a furry, I'd prefer to be a cat like thingy... I'd be all white with a larger, fluffy tail, longer ears, and maybe an ear piercing or two. My eyes would be a very deep gold color... I'd either use a saber, or two daggers... Or my mad CatZ 1337 ninja claw skillz...

the fonz, in "Happy Days" ?! a wolf. hands down. with his coolness, independence, and all out wanderer feel, he fits the role great.

Michael Jackson (the real one from the 80's, not this pasty alien guy) would be some other type of wild dog... something not as... "Yo, babe." as a wolf, but more performer... maybe a coyote? or a Jackal?

Roseanne would be a cat. Domestic. Not necessarily a large one. But if she's not a fat cat, she's a longhaired one.
